AGN Group B.V. is a holding company incorporated on 3 July 2026, with its registered office in Rotterdam. The company was founded and is managed by Alexander Nijland, sole shareholder and director.
AGN Group operates as a personal holding and investment company, comparable to a single family office. Deliberately compact by design: no subsidiaries and no staff. What it does have: a solid legal and financial foundation to build on.
